1 Definitions and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between a member and the bgd33 platform. Reading and accepting these Terms is a prerequisite for using the service — by creating an account or placing a bet, a member is considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the bgd33 website, mobile application and all associated digital services.
• "Member" refers to any individual who holds a registered account at bgd33.
• "Service" refers to slots, live casino, cricket betting, fishing games and other entertainment content.
• "Wallet" refers to the total balance held in a member's account, made up of real money and bonus money combined.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, cashback or other promotional benefit granted by bgd33.

bgd33 is fully aware of the laws and local regulations of Bangladesh. These Terms have been written in Bengali so that Bangladeshi members can understand them easily. In the event of any conflict between the English and Bengali versions, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account at bgd33, an applicant must meet all of the conditions listed below. If any condition is not met, bgd33 reserves the right to refuse account approval or provision of service.

2.1 Age and Identity Verification

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate and kept up to date.
• bgd33 may at any time request a government-issued ID or other documents for identity verification.
• Registering with false information will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same IP address, or using the same device is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all accounts will be closed.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

bgd33 primarily serves Bangladeshi members. Access to the service from certain countries or regions may be restricted. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that use of this service from their location is lawful under local law.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Maintaining account security is the member's own responsibility. bgd33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access if the member's negligence or carelessness is the cause.

3.1 Protecting Login Credentials

• Username and password must never be shared with any third party.
• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact bgd33 support immediately.
• Always log out after using a public or someone else's device.

3.2 OTP and Verification

bgd33 may use OTP or other verification methods for various transactions and logins. These verification codes should never be shared with any third party — no bgd33 representative will ever ask for an OTP by phone or message.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at bgd33 are handled through popular mobile payment methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Deposit methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (by any method).
• Once a deposit is successful, the balance will be added to the account wallet.
• The mobile number used for deposits must be registered in the member's own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 5–30 minutes.
• bgd33 may request additional documents to verify a withdrawal request.
• The payment number used for withdrawals must be registered in the member's name and should preferably match the method used for deposits.
• To prevent money laundering, bgd33 reserves the right to suspend or reject any suspicious withdrawal request.

4.3 Balance Policy

Real money and bonus money in a member's wallet are tracked separately. To withdraw from the bonus balance, the associated wagering requirements must be met (see Section 5 for details).

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bgd33 provides various bonuses and promotional benefits. It is important to read the following terms carefully before claiming any of these benefits.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bgd33 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning in the above example, ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — the wagering requirements must be completed first.
• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
• bgd33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus at its discretion.

5.2 VIP Cashback

The bgd33 VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Cashback is given based on weekly net losses: up to 0.4% for Bronze, up to 0.8% for Silver and up to 1.2% for Gold. For example: if a Silver member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and games at bgd33. Specific rules may apply to particular games or events and can be found on the page for that game or event.

6.1 Rules for Placing Bets

• A bet will only be confirmed if there is sufficient balance in the wallet.
• A bet once confirmed generally cannot be cancelled.
• If the outcome of any bet becomes uncertain due to a technical error, bgd33 reserves the right to review and decide on that bet.
• Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds may be cancelled by bgd33, in which case the original stake will be refunded.

6.2 Live Betting

Odds in live betting may change at any moment. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final. bgd33 will not be liable if a bet is not registered in time due to a network issue.

6.3 Game Results

The results of all games at bgd33 are determined by the servers of the respective software studios and are operated using verified RNG (Random Number Generator) methods. bgd33 does not artificially interfere with game results.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the bgd33 platform. Breaching these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Money laundering or using funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to meet wagering requirements by artificial means.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to influence the platform through hacking, malware or any other technical method.
• Using automated bots or scripts in games.
• Attempting to access or influence another member's account without permission.
• Spreading false information about bgd33's services or brand.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 bgd33's Rights

bgd33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time without giving a reason, particularly if a breach of these Terms is suspected or a security review is required.

8.2 Member's Rights

A member who wishes to close their account voluntarily may submit a request to support via 24/7 live chat. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw their verified balance before the account is closed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months or more, the account may be marked as inactive. In that case, bgd33 will notify the member through their registered contact details and give them the opportunity to reactivate the account.

9 Responsible Gaming

bgd33 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed responsibly. Excessive gaming can have a negative impact on personal, family and financial life.

• Personal data will not be sold to third parties without the member's consent.
• All data transmission is kept secure using modern security technology including SSL encryption.
• Certain information may be shared with regulatory authorities as required by applicable law or for security verification purposes.

Requests to view, correct or delete personal data can be made to support, although some data is required by law to be retained for a specified period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the bgd33 platform — logos, designs, text, software, graphics and other elements — is owned by bgd33 or the relevant rights holders. Members may use this content for personal and non-commercial purposes. Republishing, distributing or using any content for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

All games, logos and trademarks of the game studios associated with bgd33 (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution, etc.) are the property of their respective companies.

12 Terms & Conditions Changes

bgd33 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For major changes, an effort will be made to notify members in advance through their registered contact details. However, it is the member's own responsibility to check this page regularly.

If a member continues to use the platform after any amendments, they will be considered to have accepted the updated terms and conditions. If a member does not agree to the revised terms, they may contact support to close their account.
